These terms apply to paid features, including Support Messages.

Pricing and disclosures

We show the purchase price and any platform fee before confirming purchase. For Support Messages, the price is 10.00 EUR and the platform fee is 5% (0.50 EUR) (unless changed by jurisdiction, payment method, or processor constraints).

Payment processing

Payments are processed via Stripe Connect using direct-charge mechanics where the connected account is the transaction account, and the platform may take an application fee where permitted.

Chargebacks and disputes

Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled under the payment method and payment processor rules. We may provide reasonable assistance, but the allocation of responsibility must match the merchant-of-record and payment setup.

Taxes

Creators are responsible for their own taxes and compliance for earnings. We do not provide tax advice.
