General rule
Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable after delivery/performance.
Technical failures
If a purchase fails due to a technical error (for example, payment succeeded but the message was not delivered as defined), we will treat that as a service failure and will provide either (a) re-performance or (b) a refund where appropriate.
EU/UK withdrawal right and immediate performance waiver
Where consumer law provides a withdrawal right, and where the product is provided immediately, we will request the consumer’s prior express request to begin performance and acknowledgement that withdrawal rights are lost once the service has been fully performed, where permitted.
